Go white with obesity!
Usually when we gain some extra pounds, we avoid wearing clothes with white or light colours since they are not good at hiding the body’s plunges. However drinking or eating some white foods can help bodies lose some weight.
The first white drink is the skim milk. Two groups of overweight people were studied. The first group included ones who drank about 20 ounces of skim milk with breakfast, whereas the people in the second one drank fruit juice. The results showed that the people in the first group ate less at lunch than those who drank the juice. Moreover, milk drinkers were more satisfied after they ate. But what is the secret? It turned that the whey and casein proteins, which are contained in milk, are probably responsible for controlling hunger.
The second white drink which help bodies lose weight is white tea. Yes white tea! We already know the great effect of the green tea on our bodies, but what about the white tea? white tea is made from the early leaves of the plants and it is working on the maturely fat cells according to one study. It seems that it stimulates the breakdown of fat in those cells, decreasing their sizes.
