Are overwheight people really more exhausted?
There is no doubt that a lot of overweight people feel exhausted by their daily struggle with obesity; finding the diet that might work with them and being consistent are not easy; saving some time for exercise everyday is not always, if not at all, fun; dealing with difficulties resulted in being obese might lead to exhaustion at the end of the day. However, the exhaustion we are talking about here is a psychological state called Vital Exhaustion.

It has been known that obesity increases the risk of developing some diseases such as, high blood pressure, diabetes, and cardiovascular disease. Besides, it is linked to some psychological matters. For example, anxiety, depression, low self esteem, and the vital exhaustion, which we are discussing in the article. So, how do we define this state?
Vital exhaustion is defined as a psychological state manifested in extreme fatigue, irritability, and reduction in self-confidence.
A research revealed that people who showed high levels of vital exhaustion were the ones with the highest records of body-mass index (BMI). These findings may lead to better results in treating obesity and vital exhaustion; no matter which one has led to the other, treating one may automatically help solving the other problem. Moreover, that could help dealing the other complications of obesity.
